RESEARCH WORK
Beyond my evaluation work, I have developed a research record on Official Development Aid (ODA) itself, emphasizing the changing nature of the aid landscape in a world where the Global Common Goods are becoming increasingly at risk ; the need for collective action among extremely diverse stakeholders has become indispensable to reach any result ; and where local power games bear global impacts on the planet.
